AI Playbooks | Forward Deployed Designer at Drift Inc.
During 2021-22, I designed and implemented a conversational AI chatbot for Hopin's events platform, helping qualify high-intent leads and guide first-time buyers to the right resources, while deflecting low-intent queries to support. Served as AI Conversation Designer and Consultant on this $130K engagement.
Conversation Design for In-Car Voice UI
This is a side project I built using Alexa skill in 2020-21. It lets drivers find, add, and manage stops by voice, reducing navigation steps from 10 to 3. As Voice UI/UX & Conversation Designer, I explored a multi-modal Tesla dashboard concept.
