Pundit - The Expert App for Homeowners

This case study features a native, responsive web app for homeowners. to deliver speedy solutions to household object purchase, replacement and/or malfunction. I independently designed the user interface and user experience for this app from scratch starting with user research and concluding with usability testing of MVE prototypes.

During 2021-22, I designed and implemented a conversational AI chatbot for Hopin's events platform, helping qualify high-intent leads and guide first-time buyers to the right resources, while deflecting low-intent queries to support. Served as AI Conversation Designer and Consultant on this $130K engagement.
